hi friends, recently i find a vidhya nava avarana book, in this they separately given a " lagarathi lalitha ashtothirasatham" for first avrana, second they give " sri lalitha dhiviya ashtothirasatham" and like that.... please tell me where the ashtothirasatham was taken from and why they using in nava avarana.... please.....tell me...

If I am correct, Lalitha Sahasranamam has in all three parts. The first one is known as Poorva bhaga, which talks about
its origin, while the middle portion refers to "stotra" consisting of 1000 Namas and the last and the penultimate
part is known as Uttara bhaga. The final part explains the details of benefits of recitation of Lalitha sahasranamam.
As a query has been raised, I heard about Lagu. Generally, the recitation of Sahasranamam blesses the devotee
with disease free life, no akala maranam, etc. Even for getting child, it can be chanted. If one goes through the
Bashyam, one can find the details in depth. As regards the timing of recitation, it could be noted in the
Uttara Bhaga. If a person chants this once, one gets the benefit of eliminating all the sins that he/she has done.
Everyone should recite at least once in one's life time. Goddess Lalithambal blesses a person who recites
this on his/her birth days and also on the birth day of his family members. It should be chanted after learning
it from a Guru without any accent mistake preferably on a full moon day besides on Fridays or during
Vasantha Navarathri or Navarathri period.

Shri Mathura Kaliamman Temple located at Siruvachur is near Tiruchi and on way to Tiruchi from Perambalur
in Tamil Nadu. This is a highly powerful Shakti Temple and one of the Shakthi Peetams. People who have
offered prayers here always enjoy the blessing of Shri Mathurakali. She protects her devotees and blesses
them with peace and prosperity in their entire life.
Here there was a temple dedicated to Selliamman but she was under the control of an evil magician.
Shri Kannagi invoked Shri Mathurai Kali Amman her family deity. She helps her in killing the magician.
This is one of the Stories that goes behind the history of the temple.
Shri Selliamman hence asked Kannagi to stay in the temple as Mathura Kali Amman.
Shri Selliamman went to nearby Periasamy Hills.
Shri Kannagi agreed to stay in temple but she said she will give darshan to devotees only on Mondays and Fridays,
and on the remaining days she will be staying at Periasamy Hills along with Selliamman.
It is also said that Mother Goddess Shakti gave darshan to Adi Shankaracharya here and quenched his thirst.
Siddhars have worshipped Goddess Kali here. A Sri Chakra has been installed here by Shri Sadashiva Brahamendrar.
The important festivals in the temple are Navratri, Diwali, and the most important temple festival is held on
the first Tuesday following the Amavasya in the month of Chithirai.
Another interesting legend associated with the temple is that five Rishis used to offer prayers to Goddess Kali
on the foothills of Madhira Mali. Goddess Kali was impressed by their austerities and appeared before them.
The Rishis asked Goddess Kali to make her abode near a tree. The tree had honey combs and honey used
to fall on Goddess Kali. As the Goddess Kali murti was covered with honey she came to be known as
Mathura Kaliamman Temple.
The temple is open to public only on Mondays and Fridays.
Location – Siruvachur is located on the Trichy – Chennai highway. The temple is around 42 km from Trichy.
