rightly said two separate preparation one for naivedtyam and other for public distribution.ofcourse the cook must follow acharam by not tasting the food while cooking.nothing wrong in keeping a portion in small vessel &offering to GOD.are we not offering the milk purchased from vendor to GOD even though it is used by tea shop hotels,hospital etc.purity of mind is important.
