Why is Australia spending $ 90 million for the missing aircraft search while Malaysia has spent just a fraction of that at $ 9.3 million?

1. Asian countries are poorer.
2. Asian people are more selfish and less willing to help others.

How much has China spent? Given that many of the passengers were Chinese citizens?
