Marriages are predetermined in once life. Most suffering families will be the proof. I had been a groom’s friend in five marriages and only two were successful and the rest based on horoscope failed.
i agreed these words....
Actually sometimes we tend to not consider Karmic lessons we came to learn.
Staying married isnt always success nor getting divorced is always failure.
None of us actually know the Karmic lessons we came to learn in the Pathashala called Earth.
Earth is our karma bhoomi.
Two people can be born to get married to grow spiritually.
Sometimes they could have a karmic debt in a previous life and the marriage can go any way.
At times a perfect happy marriage might not really cause spiritual growth..both husband and wife might be drawn to worldly life and just be interested in mundane activities of family life.
They could go to temple etc but not really engage in sadhana...they might need a few more lives to fully engage in sadhana.
On the other hand, a person who underwent a divorce could suddenly realize that getting attached to wordly life and depending on wife or husband might not always bring happiness.
The person then embarks on a spiritual journey and progress well in sadhana.
The karmic bigger picture could be that the divorced couple could actually be having a stronger karmic bond ...both had chosen a life of discomfort and pain to make one of them or both progress faster in their spiritual life.
What looks bad to the outside world, could have been the best karmic choice.
Some souls make contracts to hasten their spiritual realization through lives of " suffering"
Jaya and Vijaya of Vaikunta decided to take 3 negative births to fight against Lord Vishnu avatars instead of taking 7 births as devotees.
Why? Because they didnt want to waste time.
Likewise, we have no idea if a failed marriage could be a spiritual catalyst.
