Namaskaram! I am planning to move to bangalore along with my mother and looking to rent a house in a good residential area similar to chennai's w.mambalam or mylapore. My Office is near belandur lake in outer ring road. I am completely new to bangalore and looking forward for opinion and guidance from you all. Thanks.

You can try for indiranagar in bangalore which has a good tamil presence.

since your office is in belandur, you can try marathahalli, old airport road surroundings,kundalahali gate for proximity to office

generally indira nagar/ulsoor area mainly tamils....seshardripuram/malleswaram is looklike mylapore/w mambalam....typical tamil brahmin

areas with temples/shankara matam there.....

Malleswaram is known for iyengars of mysore variety.

They are hebbar/mandayam iyengars comfortable in kannada and speak tamil with a different accent resembling kannada
