Living in a metro-highrise building - what to do with the sesme water post tharpanam?

Post every amavasai & on other occasions when tharpanam is done, disposal of the used sesme water and darbhai is becoming a challenge..

When living in a independent house, there never used to be an issue, since all these were dropped into the well.. Beleive the sesme seeds used in the tharpanam should not grow...

Now moving into a gated community with about 400 houses and living in the "nth' floor, the disposal becomes a moot point.

Running river water, nor the stagnant tank water is neither available nor the sea shore is nearby...

Any practical suggestions will be useful....

In ancient days , crossing the ocean itself was considered as illegitimate. Nowadays acts changed along with the scenes. In USA, after the ssradham, Sastrigal wants to take the food home in thermocole containers. No homa is done in the house. What to say about this? So in high rise buildings, as there is no other alternative, better keep the used dharbais in a separate place in a plastic bag to throw next day in trash and pour the tharpana water with Ellu(see same seeds) in cleaned sink to go straight into drain. correct. there will be terrace where in the sesame water can be splashed on the floor[assuming they dont get access into sand/earth to grow] . dharba etc can be left on any tree/big plants root area just over the soil.

two points to be kept in mind are [1] the ellu water should never be allowed to grow, means the ellu water should be discarded in such a place where there is absolutely no opportunity to grow and [2] the dharba , pavithram and koorchamns to be discarded in a safe plant/tree root side like we leave next day garlands and flowers used to adorn God's pictures
the above are the points and that is all about this.

sesame seeds will not grow in hard surface ...may be a sit out with gravels laid or with pebble filled pot,you can dispose them so that they will not grow.
