Thanks for posting the information about Pappalal and Jayashree. It is sad to note about the harrasment and physical & psychological pains they had to endure to help someone in need. It is nice to note, their efforts are recognised and they are given some protection. As Sri.Sangom mentioned, religion and religiosity plays a major role in people lives. We can only hope, things would change for the better in the future.
