There is an organisation patronised by Kamakoti Peetam where it publishes works of Appayya Dikshita and his descendants of which Neelakanta Dikshita was one.Please check with Sri Matam

There is a body which undertakes the publishing of the works of Sri.Neelakanta Dikshitar, called Mahakavi Neelakanta Dikshitar foundation based in Chennai.
