Jayalalithaa Bail Plea Rejected!

Yes I am very curious Bala sir..may be only Time will tell.
Whether one considers or open, there is sense and logic in what swamy does. One must listen to what he says or writes.
He has already filed an application to order jayalalitha to withdraw or throw away defamation cases filed against him. He spent hours in court to get this don; it will be listed and heard in due course. He has also said that he will appear as a witness when jj's bail plea is heard. He has further claimed her supporters are waging a war against him with abusive posters, articles, editorials and have attempted damage to his property and burning of his house. He is always meticulous and backs his application with sufficient evidence, so that the application cannot be turned down for want of any evidence.
It is to the credit of swamy that he has always followed legal route and has not asked his supporters or the public to fight his cause by non-legal means. He can achieve a lot if only our legal system is more responsive and fast, and cuts down delays - mainly postponement.
He had even suggested that all documents must be submitted in one go and the case must proceed with continuous hearing. Has not happened.
He recently said that asaram bapu is not guilty and the case against him is very weak stuffed with false documents and false witnesses. And in sunanda pushkar's case too he insisted foul play from day one because 1. she met him a few days before, 2. Sashi left at eight for a 10 am meeting 3. His driver came to her room later with a visitor. 4. There were injuries and a pin prick mark on her body. Yesterday's news is she died of poisoning.
We need people like him to support hindutva and hindus, fight establishment, expose corrupt and secular anti nationals, and most important make people think and understand how one should fight for values and issues one cherishes.

Just healthily asking you, I agree he looks to be fair. We need people like him to get the country under control.
But will he work on those 13 ministers of BJP and file a case against them while having ties up with BJP now?

You don't want to give law & order to somebody 'lesser corrupted and/or to the one that got powerful than the other corrupted". I am not referring to any particular political party. Just plainly saying.
This is why I (and few others) keep saying, that everybody is the same. Some inner agenda to 'WIN' by any means exists. Inner agenda is nothing but money, power and fame.
It is nothing about law, dharma etc. So again, squarely blame the public for not being shrewd enough.

Nitin Gadkari case,death of Yogita Thakre- I think the Probe is on. I do not know whether the report is submitted to New govt at Centre. Probe was ordered by then Congress Govt then.Rejecting the plea filed by one Kishore Samrite, the bench said it is for the Magistrate to decide whether the probe has been done properly or not on the basis of the report submitted by the CID.y the Congress Govt.it is in April 2013 this Murder happened.SC refused to transfer the Case to CBI,on the grounds saying ". Congress did not respond till now.
OK Now there is only one Alternative to DMK-the Looters of the Nation, none other than Jayalalitha. PMK a caste based party, has lost its base even in their own belt. Vijaykanth has lost people's faith . BJP is the only alternative,but they do not have vote bank. even our own Brahamins community do not vote.
But the Case against her is very very strong. SC will not squash the case. May be her term will be reduced to 1 year plus fine to 10 Crores. if SC gives this Verdict, then SC has to Cancel Bail of Lalu Prasad.if not i can only say Justice is denied in her case.

perhaps he expected at least 1/66 and he got disappointed. perhaps hence he sued. GOD and SS alone know!!!

Why Mr.Jethmalani is not appearing for her in the Supreme court ? Mr.Harish Salve is going to appear for her in SC. Any inside story apart from the fact that he is not satisfied with the rejection of bail by Karnataka HC and a section of the experts felt that he should have brought JJ on bail first in stead of clubbing all the four together. Another version is that he stressed more on the lower court's judgement in stead of stressing on bail.

Dear Sarang ji,
One can expose corruption without being unduly attached to the idea of Hindutva.
There is no correlation at all with Hindutva and exposing corruption.
Then should Modi also get rid of Pariharams which are also sort of corruption? That is we 'bribe' the Devas to "delete" our "sins" from their database?
I was reading a book on rebirth yesterday by a Swami Ji from TN who is from a Shankaracharya Advaita tradition and he trains serious aspirants on the spiritual path even now in TN.
I was very much surprised to read his book becos he seemed to harshly consider that Atheist are bad and evil etc.
He was being harshly judgmental and I was wondering as a Sanyasin he seemed to be attached to the idea of hating an Atheist. Then he talks about the story of the King who became a deer in the next birth becos he was too attached to a deer.
Doesnt this Swami feel that if he is too attached to the idea of hating an Atheist that he might have to experience life as an Atheist in his next birth?

I am getting convinced that present life Atheists could be Swami jis in a previous life..that is why they are still attached to the idea of God but the manner differs..they deny God but indirectly focus on Him. Has anyone realized that most Atheist know their scriptures better than a believer?
BTW latching on to any Tva of anykind be it Hindutva or any other Tva is not going to take us anywhere.
One should learn to set things straight without being overly attached to any ideology.

அதிமுக வழக்கறிஞர்கள் பதட்டத்தில் கோட்டை விட்டு விட்டார்கள் என்று சொல்லாமல் வேறு என்ன சொல்வது?
4. தீர்ப்பை எதிர்ப்பது, 100 கோடி அபராதத்தை எதிப்பது என்பதெல்லாம் இரண்டாம் பட்சம். முதலில் தமிழக முதல்வரை கைது செய்து சிறையில் அடைத்தது தவறு!. நீதிபதி தனது அதிகார வரம்பை மீறி இருக்கிறார் என்ற சட்டப்பிரச்சனையை தான் அதிமுக வழக்கறிஞர்கள் கையில் எடுத்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதை விட்டுவிட்டு இப்போது ஜாமீனுக்கு அலைவது மிக முட்டாள் தனமான நடவடிக்கை!
5. தமிழக முதல் அமைச்சர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டவுடன் சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் உடனடியாக ஆள்கொணர்வு மனு தாக்கல் செய்திருக்கலாம். இதனால் கவர்னர், மாநில காவல் ஆணையர், தலைமை செயலாளர் ஆகியோர் நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு பதில் சொல்லவேண்டிய கட்டாயத்திற்கு தள்ளப்பட்டிருப்பார்கள். (அம்மா கைது செய்யப்பட்ட விஷயம் அடுத்த நாள் தான் கவர்னருக்கும் தலைமை செயலருக்கும் அனுப்பப்பட்டிருக்கிறது என்பதை கவனிக்கவும்)
இங்கு பலருக்கும் ஒரு சந்தேகம் வரலாம். குற்றவாளி என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டதும் உடனடியாக அம்மா தனது முதலமைச்சர் பதவியை இழக்கிறார். எனவே மேலே சொல்லபடும் காரணங்கள் எல்லாம் குழந்தை தனமானது எனலாம்.

முதலமைச்சர் பதவியை கீழமை நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி பறிக்க முடியும் என்றால் கவர்னர் எதற்கு? தமிழக அரசுக்கு நிகழ்ந்த இதே நிலையை இந்திய அரசுக்கு நிகழ்வதாக ஒப்பிட்டு பாருங்கள். பிரதமரை பதவிநீக்கம் செய்ய யாருக்கு அதிகாரம் இருக்கிறது? ஜனாதிபதிக்கு? அல்லது கீழமை நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிக்கா?
மெத்த படித்த கனவான்களே இன்னும் இந்திய அரசியல் அமைப்பு சட்டத்தை கேவலப்படுத்தாதீர்கள். உலகம் உங்களை பார்த்து உரக்க சிரிக்கிறது.
கர்நாடக வழக்கறிஞருக்கு முறையாக ஆணை கிடைக்கவில்லையாம் அதனால் அம்மாவின் ஜாமீன் வழக்கில் வாதாட முடியாது என்கிறார். அதை அனைவரும் சரி என ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறோம். அதே போல முறையாக கவர்னருக்கு அறிவித்து விட்டு தானே அம்மாவை கைது செய்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதை ஏன் கேட்க தயங்குகிறீர்கள்?

முதலமைச்சர் பதவியை கீழமை நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதி பறிக்க முடியும் என்றால் கவர்னர் எதற்கு? தமிழக அரசுக்கு நிகழ்ந்த இதே நிலையை இந்திய அரசுக்கு நிகழ்வதாக ஒப்பிட்டு பாருங்கள். பிரதமரை பதவிநீக்கம் செய்ய யாருக்கு அதிகாரம் இருக்கிறது? ஜனாதிபதிக்கு? அல்லது கீழமை நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிக்கா?
மெத்த படித்த கனவான்களே இன்னும் இந்திய அரசியல் அமைப்பு சட்டத்தை கேவலப்படுத்தாதீர்கள். உலகம் உங்களை பார்த்து உரக்க சிரிக்கிறது.
கர்நாடக வழக்கறிஞருக்கு முறையாக ஆணை கிடைக்கவில்லையாம் அதனால் அம்மாவின் ஜாமீன் வழக்கில் வாதாட முடியாது என்கிறார். அதை அனைவரும் சரி என ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறோம். அதே போல முறையாக கவர்னருக்கு அறிவித்து விட்டு தானே அம்மாவை கைது செய்திருக்க வேண்டும். அதை ஏன் கேட்க தயங்குகிறீர்கள்?

CHENNAI: A gripping politico-legal drama unfolding Haryana and Delhi holds an important message for former Tamil Nadu chief minister J Jayalalithaa, who has spent 15 days in jail after being convicted in a disproportionate assets case.
At the height of the campaign for the Haryana assembly polls, political playmaker and former chief minister Om Prakash Chautala had to cut short his political activities and return to jail. Reason: Chautala is out on interim bail on health grounds. In January 2013, he and 54 others were convicted for corruption in recruitment of teachers. He was sentenced to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment. Despite his advanced age and frail health, all the INLD leader could get was interim bail on health grounds. Soon after the polls were announced, the octogenarian got busy with poll work.
Considering it abuse of conditional freedom offered by the court, Delhi High Court and CBI have asked Chautala to surrender. The October 17 deadline set by the court was advanced, and he had to be back in jail before the poll.

சிறையில் இருப்பவர்களின் ஆதரவு எங்களுக்குத் தேவையில்லை’ என்று ஹரியாணா தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரக் கூட்டத்தில் பகிரங்கமாகப் பேசியதின் மூலம் ஜெயலலிதாவை நேரடியாக எதிர்க்க மோடி முடிவு செய்துவிட்டார் என்றே அரசியல் விமர்சகர்கள் கருதுகின்றனர்.
ஜெயலலிதா கைது விவகாரத்தால் தமிழகத்தில் ஏற்பட்டுள்ள அரசியல் வெற்றிடத்தை பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள மாநில கட்சிகள் மட்டுமின்றி தேசிய கட்சிகளும் தீவிரமாக பணியாற்றி வருகின்றன.
குறிப்பாக, தமிழகத்தில் அரசியல் மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்திவிடலாம் என பாஜக கருதுகிறது. அதன் முதல்கட்டமாகத்தான் கடந்த உள்ளாட்சித் தேர்தலில் பெரிய கட்சிகள் எல்லாம் புறக்கணித்த நிலையில் அதிமுகவை எதிர்த்து பாஜக போட்டியிட்டது.
பல இடங்களில் அதிமுக பாஜக இடையே கடும் மோதல்கள் ஏற்பட்டன. அப்போது முதல் பாஜக மாநிலத் தலைவர் தமிழிசை சவுந்திரராஜன், அதிமுகவை கடுமையாக விமர்சித்துவருகிறார்.
தற்போது ஜெயலலிதா சிறையில் இருக்கும் நிலையில் தமிழகத்தில் அதிமுகவை எதிர்த்து முழு வீச்சுடன் செயல்படும்படி பாஜகவினருக்கு பிரதமர் மோடி உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளதாக அக்கட்சியின் வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. இதுகுறித்து அக்கட்சியின் முக்கிய நிர்வாகிகள் ‘தி இந்து’விடம் கூறியதாவது:
ஹரியாணா தேர்தல் பிரச்சாரக் கூட்டத்தில் பேசிய மோடி, ‘எனது அரசு மக்களின் ஆதரவில் இயங்கி வருகிறது. எங்களுக்கு சிறையில் இருப்பவர்களின் ஆதரவு, அதேபோல் மாஃபியாக்களின் ஆதரவும் தேவையில்லை’ என்று பேசினார். அரசுத் தேர்வாணைய ஊழல் வழக்கில் சிறையில் இருக்கும் இந்திய தேசிய லோக்தளம் கட்சித் தலைவர் ஓம்பிரகாஷ் சவுதாலாவை மனதில் வைத்தே மோடி பேசியதாக ஹரியாணா மக்கள் நினைக்கலாம். ஆனால், பீகாரின் லல்லு பிரசாத் யாதவையும் தமிழகத்தின் ஜெயலலிதாவையும் மனதில் வைத்துதான் அவர் அப்படி பேசியிருக்கிறார். இவ்வாறு பாஜக நிர்வாகிகள் கூறினர்.
இதுகுறித்து நம்மிடம் பேசிய அரசியல் விமர்சகர்கள், “பிரதமர் பதவிக்கான போட்டியில் ஜெயலலிதாவின் பெயர் எப்போது அடிபட்டதோ அப்போதே அதிமுகவுக்கு மோடி குறி வைத்துவிட்டார். கடந்த பாராளுமன்றத் தேர்தலில் தமிழகத்தில் பெரிய கூட்டணி அமைத்தும் பாஜகவுக்கு ஒரு இடம் மட்டுமே கிடைத்தது மோடியின் கோபத்தை அதிகரித்தது.
‘ஊழல் எம்எல்ஏக்கள், எம்.பி.க்கள் மீதான வழக்கு விசாரணையை விரைவுபடுத்த வேண்டும்’ என்று பாராளுமன்றத்தில் மோடி பேசியதற்கும் இதுதான் பின்னணி காரணம்.
‘எம்எல்ஏக்கள், எம்.பி.க்கள் மீதான் ஊழல் வழக்குகளை விரைவில் முடிக்க வேண்டும். ஒருவேளை வழக்கு இழுத்தடித்தால் அதற்கான காரணத்தை உயர் நீதிமன்றத்துக்கு தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்’ என்று மத்திய சட்ட அமைச்சர் ரவிசங்கர் பிரசாத்தை கடிதம் எழுத வைத்ததும் அவர்தான்.
ஜெயலலிதா சொத்துக் குவிப்பு வழக்கு தொடர்பாக மோடியிடம் சுப்பிரமணியன் சுவாமி கேட்டபோது, ‘நீதிமன்ற விசாரணைகளில் தலையிட மாட்டேன்’ என்று மோடி கூறியிருக்கிறார்.
இதையெல்லாம் மோடி ஜெயலலிதா மோதலின் விளைவுகளாவே கருதவேண்டி உள்ளது’’ என்றனர்.
இன்னொரு பக்கம் பாஜகவை சத்தமில்லாமல் நெருங்க முயற்சி செய்துவருகிறது திமுக. மத்தியில் பாஜக ஆட்சி அமைந்தபிறகு சந்தர்ப்பம் கிடைக்கும்போதெல்லாம் மோடியை கருணாநிதி பாராட்டி வருகிறார். ஒன்றரை மாதங்களுக்கு முன்பு நடந்த ஒரு கூட்டத்தில் பேசிய கருணாநிதி, ‘இந்திய பிரதமர்களிலேயே ஆற்றல் மிக்கவர் மோடி’ என்றார்.
சென்னை வந்த சட்ட அமைச்சர் ரவிசங்கர் பிரசாத், அப்போது முதல்வராக இருந்த ஜெயலலிதாவை சந்தித்துப் பேசினார். அதுபற்றி கருத்து தெரிவித்த கருணாநிதி, ‘மோடியின் புகழுக்கு ரவிசங்கர் பிரசாத் களங்கம் விளைவித்துவிடக் கூடாது’ என்றார். பாஜகவை திமுக நெருங்க முயற்சிப்பதற்கு பல்வேறு காரணங்கள் இருப்பதாகத் தெரிகிறது. ஆனாலும், ‘இதனால் தங்களுக்கு என்ன பலன்’ என்ற யோசனையில் இதுவரை பிடிகொடுக்காமல் இருக்கிறது பாஜக.

More than anything else, I really want SS to lead a case against BJP corrupt ministers. That would be a real test for him.
Honestly, so much discussion on dharma, tvaa and so on are nonsense to me. I doubt if individuals have comprehended it completely, in light of the fact that in the event that they did, then it must have been unmistakable in their conduct.

SS himself may not be all that clean; someone will raise it sometime, in the future, when there is bickerings within BJP itself for positions & power. Even otherwise, astrologically, there is likely to be some serious crisis next year; let us see what actually happens.
I don't know whether BJP itself does any discussion on dharma, -tvaa etc.; these are just slogans, and once you are a BJP/RSS member, your hindutvaa etc. become unquestionable; may be dislike/hatred of muslims will be added qualifications!

I concur.
Maybe my hindi isn't as good as it used to be because of lack of usage. Some words in Modi's speech used such religious poignant terms. Hence related that to the previous post.
Additionally, it can apply to anyone else too, if one talks about those things, better to practice before preaching. Nowadays, it has become a good business in India - that's how so many saints are popping up everyday and listeners fall for those gibberish talks.

Narendra Modi has practised "oratory" and although his speeches look extempore, I strongly suspect that he has a panel of speech writers and he makes careful preparations on what all to talk, just as he is careful (and fastidious) about his dress/clothes. In his speeches he brings hindu legends, scriptural stories, some slokas, etc., with telling effect. But the objective, I have found, is not so much religious/philosophical or even RSS-type, but just to pep-up the hindu feelings and garner votes. In the Lok Sabha elections he has proved that this was a very viable strategy and that the minority votes do not count for much even in a state like UP.
I admire Modi for all the above. My reservation is only in regard to his style of functioning/governance. It looks as though he considers people will look at him as something of a messiah. That seems ludicrous.
