Congress to day named Delhi's ex CM, Sheila Dixit as UP CM candidate. 78 year Sheila has been given the responsibility after being strongly recommended by the Election Strategist, Prashant Kishore whom congress has roped in for its revival in UP. With her projection as CM candidate congress will try to make in-rode into the traditional Brahman vote bank of BJP.
