Quietly increase the scope of work of the maid to make rice with dal in pressure cooker and side dishes one by one . in four weeks or so you will develop a cook.motivate with increases of salary as she learns . this strategy works.well . thats what I did in delhi.try it and overcome resistance if any to a NB servant.
