My parents live in Saligramam..We tried several combinations..Sometimes very hot, sometimes no Dhal in sambar, no green vegetables (mostly with Potato), our experience is bad.. quality is compromised..The caterers from West Mambalam do not come to Saligramam..We finally gave up..Do you have any suggestion

minimally find a young maid[edupadi] to cut vegetables on a daily basis , and lay the table with end product of cooking and wash the dishes .Take a NB if brahmin is not availble. Quietly increase the scope of work of the maid to make rice with dal in pressure cooker and side dishes one by one . in four weeks or so you will develop a cook.motivate with increases of salary as she learns . this strategy works.well . thats what I did in delhi.try it and overcome resistance if any to a NB servant. Take a fresher and not any experienced types. all the best
