I am all in for renewable energy.
BUT
Renewable energy can not be the only source of energy, at least till our electricity storage is improved. Currently the energy producers have to have 100% fossil fuel energy production to meet the demands of consumer.
So till that day we have to depend on fossil fuels.

The developed world after spoiling the environment by using fossil fuels indiscriminately is pushing developing countries to share the burden of environment control.
Paris protocol is being thrust on us.
Countries like US and china will arm twist weak nations.
It was the similar approach in denying nuclear energy after exploding bombs in hiroshima and the telling others not do it.
Stiff conditions are being imposed on india and others to conform and accept unequal nuclear energy deals.
