Light and healthy, this idli recipe tastes good too and makes a really good evening snack option.
Ingredients


4 leftover idlis

2 curry patta leaves
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tomato, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
Pinch of haldi

1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala


Method




In a pan, heat oil, add curry leaves, mustard seeds, and onion and cook till it turns pink.

Add the tomatoes, haldi, red chilli powder, salt, and pav bhaji masala and cook for a minute.
Cut idlis into 1-inch size cubes and add it to the pan.


Mix well and serve hot.
