Now many so called Intellectual people keep returning their awards back to the Government . I wonder how this actually take place ? Do they send their awards back to the Government by Post and also return the money that they received by a Cheque back to the Government ? And will the Government then strike their names from the Award list ? But what if the Government refuses to accept the returned awards ?
I am not right now going into the merits / demrits of this return of awards but want to know how this return of awards actually gets enforced .
