Madurai: A day after IAS officer U Sagayam ordered digging of some sites where some persons were allegedly killed for ‘human sacrifice’, skeletons of two persons allegedly buried by quarry owners four years ago have been exhumed from the burial site near Melur.
The skeletons were ordered to be exhumed by Sagayam, appointed by the Madras High Court as legal commissioner to probe “illegal” granite quarrying in this district.
