* Municipal Governance began.

* Education system we are heirs to firstput down roots.

* Pioneering hospital and technical schoolthat the seeds
were sown for the spread of medicare andengineering throughout the country.

* In 1921, Justice Party took office andpaved the way
for the Dravidian
Movement to hold the fortunchallenged from 1967.

In the Assembly

* The first legislation in the countryproviding for Reservation (1921), mid-day meals for children andindustrial estates.

* Sat the first woman legislator in India - Dr.Muthulakshmi Reddy in 1927, and some of the finestorators in the country.

There is nothing to compliment the Justice party..It was a fascist organization with its purse strings controlled by the British...It was a slave of the British monarch..The organization was headed by non brahmin Telugus (mainly) and Kannadigas who wanted to divide the Tamils along Brahmin/Non Brahmin lines so that they could rule Madras province..To a large extent they have succeeded & they are still powerful
