Death of my elder brother

We are smarthas. I have two elder brothers. My immediate elder brother died. He has one daughter and wife . His daughter married to a non brahmin. The samaskaram kiriyas were done by his wife through someone. My questions are:
1. Who will perform 13 day ceremonies?
2. Who will do monthly ceremonies and varushadeepam?
Everyone are throwing their ideas and advise
Please help. I will be greatful
