The 'conversion' syndrome becomes a big headache to Hinduism.

I have come across an article in Rediff News that due to the recent disturbance in Gujarat, already nearly 1000 dalits are ready to embrace Buddhism. The organizer informed that if it exceeds more than 10,000 they will conduct it as a function on any important day.

What is the remedy to stop this?

People who talk about spirituality may suggest a way to stop this.

Conversion can be stopped only when the spiritual leaders without having any ulterior motivation ask the people to follow the right path not by persuasion but by their sincere practice like param acharya.

We have dealt with conversion here in this site many (?????) times.
We can re-discuss it, but there is no solution.
There is feature of searching the site, it would be helpful to use it. Just a suggestion.
