Sir,
I am residing in Bangalore. my rasi is Meenam. My natchththiram is Revathi. Preiests here inform that since grahanam will not be visible in Bangalore,there is no necessity of observing grahanam and do tharpanam today,8/10/2014. Pl clarify immediately to enable me to observe grahanam and do tharpanam.

As per Sringeri Matam we have to observe grahanam on 8th October and tharpanam is to be given at the time of grahana moksham ie when the eclipse ends which is at 6.10 pm.
