C.S.Jeyaraman
I wish to add a few lines about C S Jayaraman.
C S Jayaraman was a brother in law of ex-chief minister M Karunanidhi, and it is said through him only M K entered the film industry as a script writer in Tamil Movies. C S Jayaraman hailed from traditional Tamil musicians in Chidambaram and was a trained Carnatic Musician. He had acted in few Tamil movies. He had sung in Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies as play back singer. He has sung in the Kannada landmark movie "Bedara Kannappa"(1954) in which the famous Kannada Thespian Rajkumar made debut in the leading role and started his film career. C S Jayaraman's song "Shivappa Kaayotande" in that film is still considered as one of the best songs in Kannada Movie world.
