Namaskaram,

We are located in Hyderabad and planning to do first year ayush homam for our babies in Chennai because we have a lot of relatives/family based there. Although there are many relatives, don't really have anyone who can be "incharge" to manage things on ground. Therefore, I am looking for any references to an event planner/caterer who can plan and execute the complete ceremony and rituals - arranging vadhyar, pooja samagri, catering, decoration, etc. Any information is much appreciated.

Also, any estimate of vadhyar dakshinai for ayush homam as well as any cost estimates for the functional hall, overall ritual, etc., from those who conducted recently is much appreciated.
