Ayush Homam at Dhanvantri Temple?

HI,

I am from Coimbatore, I would like to perform my daughter's Ayush Homam at a Temple and I am thinking of Dhanvantri Temple in Coimbatore. Can anyone comment on this or is there a any other temple where I can perform this homam. Please advise.

Dear Sri Rajeshpodanur

If not inconvenient, why not perform the function at home? This would benefit the whole family, especially if you and wife have not been performing twice-daily aupaasanam at home.

You might also wish to tell the officiating vaadhyar whether jaatha-karmam, naama-karanam and anna-praashanam should also be done before the aayushya-homam.
