What is abhijit muhurtham?How to calculate this for a particular place?
Can new ventures and auspicious functions be Undertaken in this muhurtham?please clarify.

abhijith muhurtham is 12 noon in all places. on all days. upanayanam should not be done during abhijith muhurtham. dhoshaas in laknam if any will be nullified during abhijith muhurtham. thithi, day, star, yokam,karanam doshams will be nullified. during this time. for other dhoshas it cannot do anything.
