A CM earns more than our PM

What an anomaly! CM's can set their own salary & that can be higher than our PM or President! Should there not be some guideline! No lawmaker would have thought about this possibility courtesy the maverick CM of Delhi!!

In many Govt. offices & PSUs, senior peons / Group D getting more salary than junior clerk and senior clerks getting more salary than many of the junior officers.
Administration / control.......... in many cases are not a ease as everything is compared /counted in terms of money.

Even with Rs 1/- salary, CMs / Ministers could be able to multiple their assets in IT Returns.
