My brother aged 50 yrs died on 21.7.15 leaving behind his wife and two children one daughter and son who is a 13 year old bramachari There is a view that sothambam should not be performed Please advice

sothakumbam ti be oerformed after sabindikarsanam.
if sabindikaranam is postponed then it is not necessasry to do sothakumbam.
If sabinikarsanam done on 121th day then sothakiumbam also to be performedaftrer taking bath on
completion of sabindikaranam. On 13th DAY
grahayajnam to be perforedm by worshiping navagraha devhas.
