Hello Sir ,In general LORRY are the most dangerous,yucky one ,but the video was quiet blurred sort ,but then i was ready to view it again & again ,O M G!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for your observation.. But this might have been taken in pre-installed camera in the signal.. If you observe the video carefully..it was the MISTAKE of that lady driver who did not have patience to wait till the lorry crossed away....

It is quite evident the man in the scooty was in the PEDESTRAIN crossing & escaped ..before getting crushed..
In the second Video it was absolutely reckless drive in a crossing..
So..accidents do happen because of negligence too..
