Dear PJ sir,

The weapons portrayed in the pics were weapons that was used in back in the olden days.

So should we upgrade?

I still remember when my son was small he drew a pic of an Avatar armed with latest weapons of mass destruction.

Is it always true?
I have never seen Saraswati, Laksmi, Annapoorna and others with weapons in their hand. So the title is not correct.
It is true even in the depiction of Bal krishna.

I agree that majority of the images of Hindu Gods do carry weapon. That goes to show that we (Hindus, Greeks, romans, egyptians) conceived of our gods to be powerful.

All these images were from Google search of internet.
