No need to change husbands..husband wont spend money to take wife of many years for a tour..better get a new boyfriend....in the beginning stages of any relationship guys will do anything to impress a girl..so make us of that crazy period and ditch the guy after that..never confer upon them a husband status..that is when all the problems start!LOL

The dialogue was not immediately after marriage. The milk, perhaps, was ready to become "thirattippaal"! Poor doctor was apprehensive of losing a client-patient. The second doctor, had they approached, would have lost the client-patient either way. Of course, you should know more than medicine!
