Capital punishment need to be abolished on humanitarian grounds and with human touch in offering punishment;

but cases of murder are on the increase and youngsters in the downtrodden families take crime as a profession and often

undertake murders for payment.

This makes even crusaders against capital punishment to have a rethinking / retract in their mission.

Did Amnesty Intl. raise any question on the number of executions in US? Whenever any communal problem in India, Amnesty Intl. never fails to question it.
