What are the sankalpa manthras for home pooja

first of all you have to do simple ganapathy pooja. For sankalpam for ganapathy pooja, starting "mamopatha samastha --------thithi ------day------star- etc, tell my sons education improvement (mama puthrasya vidya abhivridhartham, ) removal of doshas due to wrong position of planet, which may be affecting studies(grahasya anishta sthana dosham nivaranartham) , ganapathy pooja karishye.
apart worship of mookambika devi will be benefitial.
