Visiting Rameshwaram without performing pooja

Hi All,
Had this question. I lost my father more than 30 years ago. I am planning to visit Rameshwaram with my wife and kids. I would not be able to perform the rituals due to other circumstances during the current visit. Can one still visit Rrameswaram without performing the Srardham.

Visiting and having dharshan in the temple has nothing to do with performing Shraaddham. You can visit the Temple. Vaazhga Valatthudan. R Ramaswami
