When we do parishechanam around agni "Aditenumanyasva..." etc, are we supposed to pour water using the uddharani or with our fingers?
When we do atma prokshanam in Sandhya, we use our finger; but when we want to do prokshanam on devata for snAnam, or on puja dravyams, should we use uddharani or our fingers, or a flower dipped in uddharani water? Need experts to advise.
 
you have to use your finger for parisheshanam around agni athithenumanyasva,. for devatha also you have to use your finger.
