It is a wonderful achievement. We have to congratulate Gujarat CM, Narendra Modi and his team to bring such an honour to an Indian state.

It is unfortunate Narrow Political preferences blind the English Media and they fail to appreciate developmental activities of Gujarat Government under Chief Minister Narendra Modi. And State of Gujarat stands first in the overall performance under the 20 Point Programme for the first quarter of the current fiscal - April to July 2010, followed by Karnataka. Congress ruled Governments in Puducherri and Andhra Pradesh come in at Ninth and Tenth place.
