Sometimes I wonder..there is the Lunar Calendar,Solar Calendar and each community and religion in this world has their own New Year...that goes to show there is technically no such thing as a new year..its all in our mind..cos Truth can only be One and does not keep changing with regards to time,place and person.

Why only Amla? Didn't you know that TBS also had a Telugu "special interest"? That's why he is called TBS gaaru.

Most ancient cultures uses Lunar calendar because it is easier to count days using the phases of the moon. But since the lunar month only has 28 days there is a discrepancy with the solar calendar.

amala by birth telugu...naturalised by tamil....but TBS by birth tamil.....naturalised by telugu....so birth right is more superior

than naturalised.....
