SarasAngi is a fascinating rAgam. If the Suddha Madhyamam is changed to Prathi Madhyamam, we get LathAngi.
The sruthi bEdham at Madhyamam of ChakravAgam gives SarasAngi. When M1 is taken as the Shadjamam,
M1 P D2 N1 S. R.1 G.2 M.1 of ChakravAgam will be S R2 G2 M1 P D1 N2 S. which is SarasAngi. (in 1,2 notation)
I consider the rAgam of the following song as SarasAngi because most of the lines in this song end in Ma
if it is considered as ChakravAgam. Phrases in ChakravAgam will not end in Ma. So I notate like this.
