One of my friends once mentioned that Sri.Jeyaram (the actor in the movie Thooval Kottaram) is a chanda player. I found a vedeo of Sri.Jeyaram playing, with Sri.Sivamani. Here it is.......

BTW, Sri Jayaram is a TB from Perumbavoor, near Kalady. He is also related to Sri Malayattoor Ramakrishnan IAS, who was a Malayalam litterateur and also a Communist fellow traveller. Besides Chenda playing, Jayaram is also very interested in elephants and owns one.
