Thiti for my Grandmother - How and who can perform the rituals?

Hello Frenz,

I'm a newbie here and my greetings to everyone here!

I wish to clarify about the proceedures on thiti for my granny who passed away last year.

The thiti falls on 3 july 2014. My father is out of country and he might not be able to perform any ritual on the said day.

Can i as a grandson offer the thiti rituals?

How do i do this?

What all information about my granny should i gather to perform the rituals?

Pls explain!
