[Question] Theetu to be observed during assowcham

Namaskaaram!!

My husband's athimber (Athai's husband) passed away. Is 1yr Theetu applicable for us? If yes, what are all the rules should we follow?
1. Should not go to any temple for an year
2. Should not perform any neivedhyam to God (other than milk and fruits on a daily basis)
3. Should not celebrate any festival for an year
etc.
Are there any exceptions in this?
Also, can you give more details on which close relatives' assowcham are applicable for us?

அத்தை இறந்தால் தான் 3 நாள் தீட்டு. அத்தையின் பெண் அல்லது பிள்ளை இறந்தால் 1.5 நாள் தீட்டு. அத்தையின் கணவர் இறந்தால் வெறும் ஸ் நானம் மட்டும் தான். தீட்டு எதுவும் கிடையாது.

ஸ்மிருதி முக்தா பலம் என்று இதில் ஒரு இடுகை உள்ளது.

As there is no theetu you may celebrate all functions, you may go to all temples, you may perform all pujas and do all neivedhyams.
