it is strange . people would pick up the well dressed and not beggars and not so well dressed .

this callousness is what cities do to all

in case of people getting into accidents , very few would help . there is the fear of police and other authorities who might think you might have something to do with it .

once I got knocked over , a total stranger loaded me into me into his vehicle and admitted me to a trauma centre .this act probably saved me . there are some good samaritans too in this world
