Balance money in hand is the LAST number in Balance column and that is it.

Adding up the spent money and balance money in two columns would not be correct! :nono:

For example, take the same amount of 50 in hand:

Spent .............. Balance
20 .................... 30
10 ..................... 20
10 ..................... 10
10 ...................... 0
______________
50 .................... 60
Where from 10 rupees ???!! :faint:

Out of Rs.50 after spending Rs.50 Balance will be 0 only But when we raise the question where is that Rs 1 or Rs10 obviously we are violating some basic Arithmatic principle What is being violated here?!
 
Adding the money spent is totally different from adding the balance at different times!

They will not be equal! :nono:
 
I think the principle of Double Entry Bookkeeping is not followed Entries of both debit and credit are made and then arriving at the balance! This is how bank pass books have their entries. Namely 3 colums Credit Debit and balanced!
