I have a few questions regarding Swami Vivekananda.
Swamiji made two predictions about India in 1897.
1. "India will be free within the next fifty years under unforeseeable circumstances” he said prophetically, and the prophesy has come true. The man who made this vision to come true is Gandhiji.
2. Swamiji's 2nd prediction was about Hinduism. When a group of people wrote (/asked) to swamiji about future of hinduism as they were worried about the conversions that were happening at that time, he said,
"No religion in the world can destroy hinduism. Soon there is going to be a great spiritual light that will spread throughout the world. That spiritual light will be from Chennai".
Swamiji went on to add that "Advaita philosophy of our Vedanta would one day be the religion of all thinking humanity".
Can some body say when will this prediction come true. Has swamiji ever mentioned any date and who that spiritual guru will be?
