Sundara kandam is the only chapter in Ramayana, in which the principal protagonist is not Lord Rama ,but Hanumanji. It talks about the adventures of Hanumanji , his selflessness, strength and devotion to Lord Rama. Reciting Sundara Kandam everyday ( or as often as possible ) can help ward off evils. Removes obstacles and negativity from one’s life and bestows happiness and prosperity .
