Sratha thithi for father

Presently I am in united states and my father ceremony is on 23rd aug ekadasa thithi, but due to other conditions prevailing it may not be possible for me to perform on the above day. Therefore I like to know the alternative day is possible in next thithi and the conditions to observe on the actual day.
