Sraddham - how I can do Sraddham & Malaya tharpanam when not in country during the period?

I am going to Dubai along with wife to help and attend my daughter who is due for delivery in the month f August, 21. We will be in Dubai during that time, if God proposes and the flights resume between the two countries.

During the month of October (Purattasi) my father and mother’s sraddham used to come ( krishnanapatcha Sabthami for mother and Shuklapatch sabthami for father). Since I would not be in India, how I can perform these rituals? What I have to do? Please advise me.
