While browsing the internet I stepped into an useful site Sharpened.net.
In its introduction it states:

"The goal of Sharpened.net is to help people understand the sometimes intimidating world of computers. When you have a question, but are afraid to ask, Sharpened.net is here for you."

Any one like me who is a novice to Computer Science will find this site very useful in understanding the basics of Computer operations.
