23-11-2018. ஆவணி மாதம் பெளர்ணமி அன்று ஆரம்பித்து தினமும் மாலை பொழுதில் அரிசி மாவால் ஸர்பங்களுக்கு பலி போட்டு செய்து வந்த ஸர்ப்பபலி இன்று கார்த்திகை பெளர்ணமி அன்று முடிவு அடைகிறது. இன்று மாலை பொழுதில் பலாச பூக்களாலும் சரக்கொன்றை ஸமித்துகளாலும் ஸ்தாலி பாக ஹோமம் செய்து பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

Can this be done by any one in normal house holds. Like in Kerala, this is performed in Kaavu only that too by learned Tantri. It involves very high rituals and takes about 3 and half hours to conclude. They also offer kuruti to the Nag devatas. It is particularly done during Ayilyam and 10th day of Mesha month. Does both hold any similarity?
