Hi,

I do SandhyaVandanam 3 times daily with lot of interest. I have an issue here. Because of some unavoidable circumstances, in my home,Ladies can not sit separately During menstrual cycle. So I am no doing SandhyaVandanam during those 4 days.

Recently I read somewhere that we can do SandhyaVandanam during Asoucha period also, but only till Arghya Pradanam. Can anyone please advise how far is this right?

you have to do sandhyavandhanam during asouchaha period as usual and do gayathri japam 10 times only. During period times of ladies you have to go out to the car shed area of your house and do sandhya vandhanam and gayathri japam and come to house.
