Ha ha.. This reminds me an old joke in Malayalam.

The joke has a back ground of the time when telegram was most popular mode for fastest communication.

A chiristian old lady goes to the telegraph office to send information of her daughter's delivery to her relatives.
The telegram clerk ask her to be as short as she can so that she dosen't have to spend much on the telegram.
She writes on the telegram Ma.. Pe.. Ku.. Pe..in malayalam.
wondering what she has written the clerk asks the lady what is it all about
She replies..

" Mariya pettu, kutti pennu" means Mariya has deliverd a baby girl.!!
