Rudrabhishekam

For the last 3 years we have been performing Rudhrabhishekam at home in the evening between 4-8 pm in the month of "margazi" on a day suggested by our priest. (in the 2nd year, the day was a "Sani Pradhosham" day), with the help of 11 priests. However, we have been getting contrasting message from the community that Rudrabhishekam should not be performed in the evening (except if it is a "Pradosham" day) and the best time to perform is morning. I shall appreciate if anyone can enlighten us the best time in the day, to perform a Rudrabhishekam at home?
