What is wrong in using the word Dear?

I dont understand some females...which sane woman would not like chivalry?

I feel females who do not like being called dear..or my dear etc should go for a penile transplant!

One is a cultured politician (may be crooked) but the other is uneducated, uncultured person kicked up to take this job.
